Great Lakes Junk Disposal is the contact from this company and let me just say that he was AWESOME from the beginning. He came out and gave a free estimate. He promptly showed up on the day of planned service and found out the job was a little harder than expected. The concrete was so hard it actually cracked the bits on his jack hammers. Great Lakes Junk Disposal used his troubleshooting skills and expertise, and dug a deep trench around the perimeter, and used cement cutting saws to remove the concrete piece meal. A bobcat was an option but would not fit in my backyard without knocking down the neighbor's house (which may not have been so bad).
